superior del hueso p\u00e9lvico hasta la rodilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">El s\u00edndrome de la cintilla iliotibial es la inflamaci\u00f3n del tend\u00f3n por el roce con el c\u00f3ndilo lateral del f\u00e9mur el cual produce dolor, afectando mayormente a corredores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><em><strong>Causas<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Pie plano\/ pie cavo.<\/li><li>Debilidad en abductores de cadera.<\/li><li>Restricci\u00f3n miofascial el m\u00fasculo de la fascia lata.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Entrenamientos pesados en corredores.<\/li><li>Utilizaci\u00f3n de zapatos inadecuados.<\/li><li>Correr en zonas no aptas como terrenos irregulares.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>S\u00edntomas<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Dolor en la parte lateral de la rodilla.<\/li><li>Dolor al realizar la pr\u00e1ctica
